Our History

The Normal Heights Community Association was initially established in the early 1980s as an activist group involved in the San Diego Mid-City Plan.

In 2013, the group was revitalized with a focus on enriching the community, facilitating neighborhood involvement, and building connections between residents, government, and businesses. Today, The NHCA primarily hosts social events to celebrate our community and bring people together
